Getting started
- In Members & BiS, add your static members (up to 8) and mark each of the 11 gear slots as savage or augmented tome. Tick "Owned" for slots already acquired.
- In Weekly log, add a week and record clears, participants, and who took each drop. Each drop row shows who still needs that item.
- Loot status shows the whole team's needs at a glance; Books tracks per-floor book balances and exchanges.
- In Share, generate a team code and paste it into your static's chat.
How team codes work
A team code is your entire dataset (members, BiS, weekly logs, exchanges) compressed into a single string starting with XIVL1-. No server is involved — only people you give the code to can see the data.
We recommend that only the leader edits and everyone else just imports. The import screen warns you when your local data looks newer than the code, and your previous state is backed up automatically before every import.
Data storage & privacy
- All data lives in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server.
- Clearing site data removes it — keep an exported team code as a backup.
- This site shows ads (Google AdSense). See the QP Tools privacy policy.
